We can send someone of our team to meet your clients and check them in and we will monitor the clients requests and answer their questions.
We will add immaculate sheets and towels and a welcome package in the master bedroom and kitchen ? 
Amenities in every bathroom 
We will add daily housekeeping or days agreed upon, 
full house turnaround, 
bailiff services to protect your client’s security deposit or piece of mind if it s your own security deposit. 
We will also flag the things that need to be repaired prior check in and have someone repair  them for you if needed.
We will let you know if the house is missing important items.
We can redecorate if needed at an extra charge
